Nexex Rules

Welcome to Nexex.
This platform is a safe, inclusive, and respectful space, created to allow everyone to explore their fantasies and desires in complete freedom, while always maintaining the utmost mutual respect.
The rules below are not just “requirements”: they are the foundation that allows us to keep Nexex a pleasant and protected place for everyone.

1. Core Principles

• Absolute Respect – No one is judged here. Treat others as you would like to be treated yourself: with kindness, openness, and without discrimination based on gender, orientation, identity, or preferences.
• Explicit Consent – Every interaction, online or offline, must be consensual, clear, and unambiguous. Silence is not consent.
• Honest Communication – Be authentic in how you present yourself and in your intentions.
• Safety and Privacy – Protect your privacy: carefully consider what information you share, and remember that Nexex strongly recommends hiding your face or any identifiable features (such as tattoos, locations, etc.) in photos or videos you upload.
• Confidentiality – It is forbidden to share or communicate to third parties anything you see or discover about other members within the platform. If you recognize someone, you are not allowed to talk about it outside Nexex.
• Zero Tolerance for Abuse – No form of harassment, discrimination, threat, or exploitation will be tolerated.

2. Prohibited Behaviors (with examples)

These actions will result in a warning or immediate account removal, depending on severity:

• Harassment or offensive language
  Examples: insults, sexist or racist comments, threats, sending unsolicited sexual material.
• Being persistent or intrusive
  Examples: continuing to message or contact someone after they have expressed disinterest or asked you to stop.
• Non-consensual or illegal content
  Examples: sharing images or videos without the consent of the people depicted, material involving minors, revenge porn.
• Fake profiles or impersonation
  Examples: pretending to be someone else, using photos of others without permission.
• Unauthorized spam or promotion
  Examples: sending promotional messages, external links, requests for money, or sales disguised as personal interactions.
• Manipulative or fraudulent behavior
  Examples: lying about your intentions to gain advantages, bypassing payment or verification systems.

3. Content Rules

To protect the community, all uploaded content must comply with the following:

• It must be legal, consensual, and in accordance with applicable laws.
• Never upload material that could identify you if you do not wish to be identified: Nexex recommends blurring your face, tattoos, recognizable locations, or any other distinctive features.
• Publicly visible content must maintain a respectful standard.
• It is prohibited to upload content that could endanger the safety or reputation of yourself or others.

4. Reporting and Moderation

• You can report inappropriate behavior using the dedicated button on profiles, posts, or messages.
• All reports are reviewed: if the conduct appears to be in violation of the rules, we will take action to protect the community.
• Nexex may request additional information or proceed with immediate account removal.

5. Consequences of Violations

Safety and respect within Nexex are an absolute priority:

• Minor violation – You will receive an official warning and be required to immediately correct your behavior.
• Severe or repeated violation – Your account will be permanently deleted, with no possibility of recovery and no refund for any amounts paid.
• Illegal behavior – In the event of conduct that constitutes a criminal offense, we reserve the right to immediately report the matter to the competent authorities.
  Nexex will share all available data of the user involved (including registration data, IP addresses, access history, and uploaded content) with the authorities to assist investigations and protect the community.
